Text and Email Conference notifications are available for your district. When a student has a guardian who can receive text and/or email messages notifications, an additional box(es) will appear next to the Message for the sent notification.
Text and Email Notifications
- When scheduling a conference, you will notice text and email message options.
- A reply email or contact number will need to be added to the message, along with setting when the notification will be sent (immediately or 24 hours)
Select Guardians to Receive Digital Conference Notification
- A check mark will automatically appear if they have both a valid mobile number and email address on file.
- If a check mark is not present, the guardian is missing either a mobile number, an email address or both.
