This Attend Meeting feature can document parental meetings along with closing out a conference in one step. This option is used if you would like to forgo the scheduling process or if you held a meeting/conference via telephone.
STEP 1: Click in the Conferences section, locate student, click on the ellipses under the Actions column and select Document a Meeting.
You can also click on the Document Meeting button on the Student Overview page.
Note: To find a specific student, you may also use the Search box located at the top of all pages within Attend, type in the student First Name, Last Name or ID.
STEP 2: A panel will slide into view.
a: Click on MEETING TYPE. From the dropdown menu select how you spoke with the parent (In-Person, Drop-in, Call, Home Visit, Other).
b: Click on SUBJECT. From the dropdown menu, select applicable items [e.g., To Be Closed (Conference for Letter Two)], then complete all other information.
c: In the NOTES section, you can highlight any notes you may have discussed with the parent.
d: Click DOCUMENT MEETING.
STEP 3: A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm if you would also like to close out the associated conference; click YES.
