The Custom Chronic Rate Report calculates district level and site level chronic rates based on the selected filters (Chronic: Student missed at least 10% of instructional days). This report also displays data for the selected year, and previous year.
- Log into Attend.
- Click on Reports located in the left-side navigation pane of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the Absence Reports tab.
- Locate the Custom Chronic Rate Report, Select View Report.
- Once the window opens, review and update the parameters/filters as needed:
- Grades: All (default) or select specific grade(s).
- Attendance Codes: Select Attendance Codes or All.
- Full/Abbr Site Name: Make selection.
- More than 30 Days: False = No (default) or True = Yes
- Student Status: Only Active Students (default) or make selection.
- Click on View Report to access student data.
- To export the Custom Chronic Rate Report, use the floppy disk.
- To print the Custom Chronic Rate Report, use the printer icon.
Pro tip: Excel is recommended for downloading your report.
