The Conference Detail Report provides a summary of all generated interventions by school site.
- Log into Attend.
- Click on Reports located in the left-side navigation pane of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the Conference Reports tab.
- Locate the Conference Detail Report, Select View Report.
- Once the window opens, review and update the parameters/filters as needed:
- Fiscal Year: Select current or prior year data.
- Conference Send Date (on or after): Null (default for YTD) or use calendar icon to make selection.
- Conference Send Date (on or before): Null (default for YTD) or use calendar icon to make selection.
- Conference Status: All (default) or make selection.
- Sort Options: Make selection.
- Site Name: Select school.
- Intervention Send Date (on or after): Null (default for YTD) or use calendar icon to make selection.
- Intervention Send Date (on or before): Null (default for YTD) or use calendar icon to make selection.
- Student Conference Status: All (default) or make selection.
- Click on View Report to access student data.
- To export the Conference Detail Report, use the floppy disk.
- To print the Conference Detail Report, use the printer.
