The Attendance Analysis Report is classified as interactive because it generates a chart or graph that allows you to click and drill into your data a bit further than the initial results displayed. This specific interactive report will help you to view and access your student absence rates over time.
- Log into Attend.
- Click on Reports located in the left-side navigation pane of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the Interactive Reports tab.
- Locate the Attendance Analysis Report, Select View Report.
- Once the window opens, review and update the parameters/filters as needed:
- Fiscal Year: Select current or prior year data.
- Drill Into: By Site Type (default) or make selection.
- Grades: All Grades (default) or select specific grade.
- Absence Type: Unexcused (default), Excused or All.
- Timeline: How do you want the data point displayed? By Production Run (default- typically weekly, but may be bi-weekly) or Monthly.
- Site Name: Select school.
- Site Type: All Site Types (default) or make selection.
- Presented by: Summary (default) or make selection.
- Absence Count (Full Day Equivalent): Enter the whole number of full day absences to base the report off of.
- Click on View Report to access student data.
- Click the floppy disk to export your data.
- Click the printer to print your report.
Pro tip:Once the report loads, you will see a line graph displayed with the data points representing your filters/parameters. All of the data points are interactive and clickable to drill into different categories of the information.
