Steps to Access the Chronic Absenteeism Analysis Report from the Homepage
- Log into Attend.
- Click on Reports located in the left-side navigation pane of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the Interactive Reports tab.
- Locate the Chronic Absenteeism Analysis Report, Select View Report.
- Once the window opens, review and update the parameters/filters as needed:
- Fiscal Year: Select current or prior year data.
- Site Type: All Site Types (default) or make selection.
- Site Name: Select school.
- Grades: All Grades (default) or make selection.
- Timeline: How do you want the data point displayed? By Production Run (default- typically weekly, but may be bi-weekly) or Monthly.
- Absence Type: All (default) or make selection.
- Chronic Level: Select Chronic (default) or make selection.
- Presented by: Summary (default) or make selection.
- Drill Into: By Site Type (default) or make selection.
- Click on View Report to access student data.
- Click the floppy disk to export your report.
- Click the printer to print your document.
Note Once the report loads, you will see a line graph displayed with the data points representing your filters/parameters. All of the data points are interactive and clickable to drill into different categories of the information.
