The Code Usage Report is classified as interactive because it generates a chart or graph that allows you to click and drill into your data a bit further than the initial results displayed. This specific interactive report will help you to view and access a chart of excused and/or unexcused absence code usage specific to your district.
- Log into Attend.
- Click on Reports located in the left-side navigation pane of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the Interactive Reports tab.
- Locate the Code Usage Report, Select View Report.
- Once the window opens, review and update the parameters/filters as needed:
- Fiscal Year: Select current or prior year data.
- Site Name: Select school.
- Absence Type: Excused and Unexcused (default) or make selection.
- Equivalent Day Threshold: Enter the whole number of full day absences to base the report off of.
- Click on View Report to access student data.
- Click the floppy disk and select your preferred choice to export your report.
- Click the printer icon to print your report.
Note: The bar graph displayed with the data bars representing your filters/parameters. All of the data bars are interactive and clickable to drill into different categories of the information, including student specific details.
