The Concerns Detail Report is classified as interactive because it generates a graph that allows you to click and drill into your data a bit further than the initial results displayed. This specific interactive report will help you to view and access your student concerns types at-a-glance.
Note: The concern data displayed in this report is based on manual user selections made to the Concerns section in the individual student’s Student Overview as shown below.
- Log into Attend.
- Click on Reports located in the left-side navigation pane of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the Interactive Reports tab.
- Locate the Concerns Detail Report, Select View Report.
- Once the window opens, review and update the parameters/filters as needed:
- Fiscal Year: Select current or prior year data.
- Student Status: All (default), Inactive or Active.
- Concern: All (default) or select specific concern(s).
- Site Name: Select school.
- Concern Type: All (default) or select specific concern type(s).
- Click on View Report to access student data.
- Use the Floppy disk to export the file.
- Print the report using the printer icon.
Note: The bar displayed shows bars repressing the filters chosen. All the bard are interactive and clickable to drill more specifically into information displayed.

Is there a limit to how many filters I can apply? No, there is no limit to how many filters you can apply. You can apply as many filters as necessary to narrow down the data according to your needs.
