The Digital Engagement Report provides a list of interventions that were sent digitally (email or text message), and information on which guardians engaged with the message.
- Log into Attend.
- Click on Reports located in the left-side navigation pane of the screen.
- Scroll down and click on the Intervention Reports tab.
- Locate the Digital Engagement Report, Select View Report.
- Once the window opens, review and update the parameters/filters as needed:
- Site Name: Select Site Name.
- Fiscal Year: Select current or prior year data.
- Date From: Null (default) = from the first day of school or uncheck Null and use calendar to manually select Date From.
- Date To: Select through date from calendar.
- Intervention Type: All Intervention Types (default).
- Include Conference Notification: Select Yes or No.
6. Click on View Report to access student data.
7. To export the Digital Engagement Report, use the floppy disk icon and select your
preferred option.
8. To print the Digital Engagement Report,click the printer.
Pro tip: Excel is the recommended file type for this report, but you can export to any of the options on the list.
