Commonly Asked Questions
Can I make changes to the Production Schedule?
Any revisions to the production schedule need to come directly from your designated district office contact for day-today decision making for Attend. Your SchoolStatus Attend service team is not able to make any revisions or changes to the production schedule without district office approval under any circumstance. The most recent version of your production schedule can be accessed and downloaded from the Reports section of Attend under the Intervention Reports tab at any time during the school year which will reflect any revisions that your district approved.
What do each of the columns mean?
ATTENDANCE THROUGH DATE
Attend will capture all attendance from the first day of school until the Attendance Through Date to trigger interventions. Attend is not a real-time program and transmits data consistent with your district’s board policy.
DATA PROCESSING DATE
The ONLY date ranges during the current school year that Attends transmits a new dataset from your Student Information System (SIS) into the program.
CLIENT REVIEW STARTS
First official day of your Review Period. A new list of students is released to you that are eligible for an intervention. Your review period is your opportunity to review the current list of students and suppress and unsuppress any interventions from being printed and mailed.
CLIENT REVIEW ENDS
Last day of your Review Period. It is imperative that you suppress or unsuppress any interventions before your Client Review End Date ends. Should you forget to suppress an intervention during your business day, you do have until the end of the calendar day itself to log into the system to do so.
SCHOOL DAYS TO REVIEW
Reflects how many school days you have to review to your generated Interventions/To Be Sent list before the interventions are printed and mailed. Some district’s review periods may extend through the weekend and print on Monday; however, those days are not reflected in this column.
SENT DATE
Actual date SchoolStatus will print and mail your interventions that have not been suppressed. Once the clock hits midnight on the Sent Date, the Attend letter production process begins. We are not able to suppress any interventions from generating or stop any interventions from being printed or mailed on or after your Sent Date.
