SchoolStatus Attend

• Attend: Bookmarking Students - Functionality Added to List Pages
  • You can now bookmark students from the following list pages within Attend
    • Interventions 
    • Conferences (To Be Scheduled tab)
    • Students
    • Dockets

This enhancement will allow you to bookmark a student you would like to track, from almost any module in Attend. Released 05/31/2024

• Attend: Reports - New Missing Digital Guardian Contact Information Report 
  • A new report is available for districts using email or texting in Attend. The report will list the guardians that have missing email addresses or cell phone numbers. Released 05/31/2024

• Attend: Dockets - Enhancements to Address Court Policy Changes

  • Grade range configuration options have been expanded to accommodate changing court policies. These changes will not impact the existing Dockets workflow. Released 04/05/2024

• eSolutions: Texting - Use Link Shortener for Portal Link

  • SchoolStatus Attend text messages will use a link shortener for links directing families to the parent portal, to view copies of letters. This ensures that we do not exceed character limits when sending text messages to guardians. Released 04/05/2024

• Bug Fix: Attend Export Report - Duplicate Records Removed
  • The conference list export will no longer show duplicate records for group conferences. Released 03/01/2024

• eSolutions: SSO - Login with Username/Password No Longer Available for Districts Configured for SSO

  • Districts configured for SSO will no longer have the option to log into Attend using a username and password. Those users must log into the site using their specified authentication method. Released 03/01/2024

• Attend: Rebranding - Attend Reports
  • The branding in our Attend reports have been changed to reflect the SchoolStatus Attend logo. The content of these reports remain the same. Released 03/01/2024

• eSolutions: Rebranding - A2A Changes to Attend

  • SI&A’s Attention to Attendance (A2A) has been rebranded to SchoolStatus Attend. New logos will be seen in the header and login screen. A new URL was also made available to users. These changes will not impact user experience, or how users interact with the application. Released 02/02/2024
